GENERAL
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 4pm. Check-out time is at 12pm. Please note that when checking in, the person whose name is listed on the confirmation is required to present their ID.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. We are happy to note a request on your reservation and will reach out to you the day of check-in should early arrival become available. If you have spa or dining appointments before the noted check-in time, we can offer luggage storage with our Valet team, or locker rooms in The Spa for guests with scheduled spa treatments.
The availability of late check-out can only be confirmed on the day of your departure by the Reception team. To add an early check-in or late check-out request, please reach out to Reservations at 800-272-5474, ext. 1.
Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport?
At this time, we do not have shuttle services. We would be happy to help you arrange transportation. The estimated cost of a town car is about $100 each way.
Is WiFi available and what is the cost?
WiFi is available and is included in the lodge fee.
What are the options for parking?
Valet parking is available for guests staying at the lodge and is included as part of our lodge fee. Guests who are dining at the lodge, or receiving a spa treatment can also use valet parking.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at Salish Lodge & Spa, but dog-friendly rooms are limited and based on availability, so advance reservations are required. Guests bringing a dog must sign a waiver at check-in, agreeing to uphold Salish Lodge & Spa's Pampered Paws Guidelines. Guests traveling with a dog are responsible for a $75 non-refundable fee. Review Washington State Law regarding Service Animals.
Can I store my luggage before I check-in or after I check-out?
Should your room not be available at the time you arrive we would be happy to store your luggage for you at Reception and will text you when your room is ready.
Do you offer extra beds or cribs?
Yes. Cribs and roll-away beds are available for use free of charge.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Salish Lodge & Spa is a non-smoking facility, including all outdoor patios and guestroom balconies. Smoking is permitted 25 feet from the building per Washington State Law.
RESERVATIONS
Can I make same day guestroom reservations?
Yes! While same day reservations are not available online, you are more than welcome to call our Guest Experience Team at 800.272.5474 to confirm availability for same day bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Credit card required. Reservations must be guaranteed with the first nights' room, tax & Lodge fee. Any remaining balance will be collected upon arrival.
Any reservation canceled seven (7) days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund. Please note that if you have booked this reservation for another guest, please give our reservations department a call at 1.800.272.5474 or email us at reservations@salishlodge.com to set up payment for this reservation.
Are there any charges at the time of booking?
Yes, a credit card is required and a one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
What are the taxes on my reservation?
There is a 12% lodging tax + $35 lodge fee + lodge fee tax (12%) + Land Protection Tax (2%). The Nightly Lodge fee includes valet parking (one vehicle per reservation, and any additional are based on availability); welcome beverage at check-in, wine welcome and tea service featuring Salish branded wines for guests 21 years old and older; wireless high-speed Internet access; bottled water in room; day passes to Mt. Si Sports & Fitness; morning coffee and tea from 7-11am; Energy Stations featuring house-made Salish signature snacks.
What is the added Land Protection Tax?
Snoqualmie Falls is sacred to the Snoqualmie People. With the Tribe's ownership of the Lodge and adjacent parcels, there's a concerted effort to restore and protect these irreplaceable Tribal lands. The success of the Salish Lodge and its dedicated team contributes to the Tribe's efforts to restore and protect its land. The 2% Land Protection Tax is one small way in which those who visit and stay at the Lodge can help support, the original stewards of this sacred place, the Snoqualmie people.
The Tax, applicable in Snoqualmie, WA, will support activities like the Tribe's 2022 reacquisition of its 12,000 acre Snoqualmie Tribe Ancestral Forest, or the Tribe's ongoing work through the Snoqualmie Tribal Ancestral Lands Movement to educate visitors how to recreate respectfully on the Tribe's ancestral lands.
Is there a minimum age requirement to check in?
Guests must be 18 or older to check in.
What is the credit authorization to check in?
At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and lodge fee, plus an additional $100 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, lodge fees and tax, plus $100 per night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 800-272-5474 and we will email you a secure link to pay for the accommodations. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.
Does the lodge have ADA-accessible rooms?
We have five Accessible rooms: Classic King, Deluxe Double, Patio King, Riverside King, Riverside Double, and a Patio Suite. Learn more about our Accessible room features.

Do I need to make dining reservations?
The Attic does not take reservations. Reservations for The Dining Room are required and can be made by calling 1.800.2.SALISH or online.
Do you offer takeout?
Salish Lodge & Spa has a to-go platform that features various menu items. You can place an order online. Pick up right in valet and your order is brought directly to your vehicle.
Do you have a spa? If so, what are the hours and treatments available, and how do I make an appointment?
Yes, The Spa at Salish Lodge & Spa is open daily 8am - 8pm. Currently, treatments at The Spa are booking three to four weeks out. Is there an age restriction for the Spa?
All guests of the Spa must be 18 years or older.

Do you have a fitness center? If so, what are the hours and what equipment does it have?
We do not have a fitness center on-site, however we offer complimentary day passes to Mt. Si Sports & Fitness. From yoga and spin classes to cardio and free weights, the incredible 14,000 square foot facility is just 3.5 miles (a seven-minute drive) from Salish Lodge and the perfect place to start your day.
What is included in my lodge fee?

Can you call outside the lodge from the guestroom telephone? If so, what are the instructions?
Yes. To place a call dial "7" and then the phone number to reach numbers outside of the lodge.
Why isn't my room number printed on my keys?
For your safety, security, and privacy, please note that your room number is not imprinted on your key card.
Is there an in-room safe? If so, what are the instructions?
All guestrooms have a safe in the room. Instructions are clearly marked on the safe. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact reception or text Cooper at 425.549.9572.
I lost an item or I found an item. What should I do?
If you lose or find an item, please immediately contact Reception for assistance or you feel free to fill out our lost and found form.

What are the Lodge's emergency procedures?
Each guestroom has a general emergency information document located on the back of the door with all emergency exits clearly marked. All Salish Lodge & Spa team members are fully trained and prepared to assist our guests in an emergency situation. In a fire emergency do not use the elevators, use the exit stairs.
What other activities, restaurants, bars, attractions, or shopping are available?

Do you accept walk-ins at The Spa?

What services are you offering?

How do I access the soaking pool, sauna and Steam Room?
We offer private reservations to our Waterfall Pool for $75 for 50 minutes. This also includes shared access to our Steam Room and Sauna. As a guest of the Lodge, you may choose to upgrade your stay to join Club 268 whereby you receive access to the shared Club 268 soaking pool, the sauna, and Steam Room from 9:00am to 7:30pm on weekdays and to 8:30pm on the weekends.
What is your most popular service?
Currently, some of the most popular treatments are the Salish Signature Massage, Fireside Couples Massage, and our Salish Essential Facial. We also have so many other great treatments on our menu! With their different benefits and amazing scents, seasonal facials are a fan favorite with our Spa team.
What should I wear to my appointment?
If you’re a guest of the Lodge, please wear the robe and slippers provided in your room. If you’re a day guest, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to change into a robe and slippers prior to your appointment. Swimsuits are required if you've reserved time in the soaking pools.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes! It is one of our most popular treatments and a perfect way to connect with your special someone and enjoy ultimate relaxation together. Treatments are done in our premier fireside couple's suite or Cascade room. For more information on our couple's treatments, check out our spa treatment page.
What is the age requirement in The Spa?
Access to the soaking pools and massage treatments are available to guests 18 and older. However, we now offer facials to guests 16 and older!
Do you have a place to relax in between treatments?
Yes. Our relaxation room is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of The Spa. Enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace as you drive some tea or order a beverage from our spa'cktail menu. Please come to your treatment 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment to take advantage of our relaxation room or you can enjoy this space any time during your visit.
Do you offer pregnancy massages?
Yes we do. Our Mother-To-Be Massage helps to relieve aches in your back and neck and address any leg cramps. Our expert practitioners use gentle massage techniques to bring relaxation to sore muscles while calming the mind.
Are there additional fees for Spa services?
There will be a 20% taxable service charge on all spa services. 100% of the service charge will be distributed to service personnel.
